Impossible to change my email address. I can sign in under my old email, directs me to email preferences to change email address. Here it asks for my current email to sign in--it says email is not in the database. Not worth the effort!

There is no real use for this app. Its clumsy. Its glitchy. Having to sign in every time you open it is a huge waste of time and once youre in the navigation is slow.

Worst app ever!!! Don't have the strength to type in everything that is wrong with this app.

I just downloaded this app and cant even get my address saved because it keeps locking up. Someone needs to fix this. I cant shop if I cant tell you where to send my items which translates to lost sales due to your app.

This app needs some SERIOUS attention! Its slower than molasses on a cold winter morning. Plus, when you add an item to the cart, it doesnt take you back to where you left off at. It takes you to the home page.

I cannot believe how incredibly glitchy this app is. Toys R Us has the opportunity to give customers a wonderfully easy shopping experience where they are more likely to come back again and again. If you could get the wish list feature to work friends and family of regular customers would become customers as well!! Its a no brainer! Come on Toys R Us, pull your head out and launch an app that works!

I can view an item. It would freeze up. I cant check out. I hope they fix it. I love this store. And would like to actually be able to shop without having it turning off or white out.

I downloaded the app to create and manage a wish list for Christmas for my daughters, the sight kept crashing and would not stay on long enough for me to browse . Horrible

The app is horrible...does not work. This should be pulled from App Store. I would rate 0 star but minimum is 1.

Shoddy app. Best if you just browse through safari. How can a retail company in this day and age be so technologically backward.

The images wont load. I am not able to create a wish list for my child.

This app need a update. Takes forever to look up something. Had to go directly to the online page which works way more faster and added the page on my phone.

Excited to make my sons wish list from my iPad. Logged in and found the first item. Selected Wish List and was sent back to the login screen. Logged in again. Added item. Selected the next item, confident I was logged in. Nope. You have to login for EACH item. Nope. The login session should have some persistence. Maybe 10 minutes from last use. This is a waste of my time.

I tried adding things to cart takes 10 minutes.but just doing that and scanning barcode it takes for ever to scan!i do not like this app.

This is not even an app. It is just the toys r us website split into different tabs. Youre better off just going to toysrus.com on safari and adding it to your home screen.

I cant even put my order in!! I gave up yesterday on the website after constantly having to put all the items BACK into the shopping cart. So I decided to download the app and try tonight. TOYS R US WILL NOT BE GETTING THIS FAMILIES MONEY FOR CHRISTMAS!!

This is a great idea but the app doesnt work well. All the toys r us and babies r us apps need major improvement. Its not easy to use. You cant add then continue shopping where you left off. Its annoying.

Glitches every minute, and is hard to use.
